Our collection includes three kinds of Thaisilk scarves.
The first kind are made from Dupioni silk which intentionally has many fabric knots, bumps, fatties called slubs, which gives the fabric its particular character and essence. Dupioni silk is sometimes referred to as "raw" silk. The wider scarves are very versatile and can be used as a shawl as well as a warm winter scarf.
The second type of scarfis made from afiner, plain smooth silk. This grouping has solid colours with a stripe of the same colour running across each scarf (tone on tone) and others are multicoloured.
The third is a mixture of silk and cotton which includes colours that are tone on tone, striped and/or tie-dyed. This combination creates a very, very soft scarf.
Dimensions are given in the product description for each scarf.
